In order to be effective, web-based training must engage the learner. Learners that are engaged by the training are more motivated to continue with the training and more likely to retain the learning content.

Learners can be engaged in a number of ways. Online blended training incorporates different technologies and interaction with a training coach. In developing web-based training programs, Scriptor also attempts to engage learners by developing a theme for the presentation of the web-based training.

Scriptor works with our clients to brainstorm and develop thematic concepts that are relevant to the training situation and to the learners. Once the theme is established, Scriptor web designers and graphic artists create the terminology, navigation and graphic elements the bring the theme to life.
